CCapabilities

What the workshows we do.

Each capability below is linked to the projects where it was actually used. It is evidence from finished work, not a list of services.

  1. Product discovery

Turning a broad need into a definition: the question the product answers, who it is for, and what it deliberately won’t do.

    Shown in

    • Finemy

Defined around one question, how much can I still spend, with no bank connection by design.

    • Brief Builder

A brief starts with the project type, or Not sure yet, which decides which sections are suggested first.

    • Strange Forms

No cart of its own: the shop holds the real details, so the site never has to duplicate them.

  2. UX architecture

Flows, steps and the rules between them, designed so a person can’t end up somewhere the product didn’t intend.

    Shown in

    • Brief Builder

Four-step flow and conditional questions evaluated with five states, so a hidden or unanswered question can never expose the wrong branch.

    • Finemy

Plan, log, see: three steps, with adding an expense reduced to an amount and a category.

  3. Interface and brand systems

Interfaces with a clear hierarchy, and visual identities that are part of the product rather than a layer on top.

    Shown in

    • Strange Forms

The brand itself: hand-drawn patterns, and a site presentation kept separate from product facts so either can change.

    • Finemy

A main screen that leads with one number and warns, by colour, when less than 20% is left.

    • Brief Builder

A mobile-first interface for a four-step flow, from the briefs list to the exported PDF.

  4. Web apps and PWAs

Installable web apps that work in the browser on phone and desktop, including offline where the task allows it.

    Shown in

    • Finemy

Added to the home screen from the browser; an expense added without signal is saved and sent when the connection returns.

    • Brief Builder

Works offline once loaded, keeps briefs in IndexedDB, exports fillable PDFs, and offers optional cloud storage with Google sign-in.

  5. Workflow and publishing systems

Systems that turn content into finished output reliably, and refuse to publish what isn’t true or ready.

    Shown in

    • Strange Forms

A static publishing core with strict schemas: no unverified price, no buy button without a valid shop link, no drafts in production.

    • Brief Builder

A section catalogue and a PDF generator that tailors each brief to the client’s situation, leaving out sections that don’t apply.

  6. Product iteration

Changing a running product without breaking what people already rely on.

    Shown in

    • Brief Builder

Added a landing page and optional cloud storage while keeping storage on the device the default; local briefs move to the cloud only when someone chooses to copy them.

    • Strange Forms

Moved from one site to a shared core and removed the product pages, redirecting their old addresses.
